Are his wings clipped? I know sometimes if the wings are clipped too short they will feel insecure and loose their balance sometimes causing the bird to fall off of it's perch. Like others mentioned you should probably take him to the vet.

poor budgie !
I would take your budgie around to the vet .
It could be a neurological problem
He / she could also be in pain
Do not delay ,
these small birds, can go downhill very fast ,
if you have the right treatment ,
you may still have time, for him to be cured ,
I do hope it gets better

Like people, animals too have disorders physically as well as mentally. Take it to a vet.

Go to the vet. Probably neurological assuming you haven't been putting gin in his water bowl.

Is it getting enough calcium....I know this can cause these kind of problems in some birds.

Perhaps he's got more money going out than coming in, rein in his spending.
Not sure about the co-ordination though, try him with spectacles!
