I am in the US, but I like to fix "English Breakfast" for my Brit husband. I do easy over eggs, bangers (a type of sausage), fried mushrooms, and grilled tomatoes. He likes tea with milk with it.

Years ago when I used to stay at my maternal grandmother's house over the weekend she would make a breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage patties or bacon, grits, toast and orange juice or milk to wash it down. That was my favorite Sunday breakfast.

My husband makes this killer knock-off of a McD's sausage and egg McMuffin. Grands flaky biscuits coated in melted butter, Jimmy Dean sausage, fried eggs, and American cheese. They're sooooooo good!

Eggs Benedict with homefries, fresh fruit, orange juice and lots of fresh coffee.

(eggs benedict exists in the US, but in case you don't know it, it's poached eggs on a toasted english muffin with a slice of ham or canadian bacon all topped with hollandaise sauce)
