Yahoo Answers is no way to find a home for your dog. Shame on you. There are as many nuts here as there are in any city. Your animal shelter will interview and screen people for suitability. Please do right by your dog..

I would try your veterinarian and see if there is someone who has recently lost a well cared fr pet, or you could put an ad in the paper and screen the people for a responsible new owner

please ask for an adoption fee that way it will not fall into the wrong hands . ask an adoption fee or turn the dog over to a rescue so that she has a better chance of being adopted to a good family . good luck .
