Do you drink and H2o, Gatorade or Poweraid (my choice).
If your mouth is dry and leg feel sore like cramping then you are dehydrated.
When training weather it be 1 hour or 3, you should stay away from COFFEE & SOTA.

3 hours is a long session, if you don't usually work out that long then it's quite normal, as it took a toll on your body, if it happens again I'd go to the doctor, but if it only happens when you work those long sessions (specially without water brakes), i wouldn't worry about it.

Do you go in hungry? If so, eat about an hour before training begins. If you're not hungry when you go in, then something is wrong. See a doctor.

It could be just a brief sensation resulting from a hard workout, but if you have any health issues you may wish to ask a doctor.

Yes, if you didn't drink any water, and worked too much you could be dehydrated.
