I see people buying it at Jamba Juice all the time. Is there really anything in wheat grass that you couldn't get out of a little raw spinach?

It depends on how fresh the spinach is. ;-)

24 hours after harvesting, spinach looses 90% of its Vitamin C content.

Contrast this to wheat grass juice if you're having it prepared from live wheat grass at a health food store.

All plants begin to "eat themselves" as soon as you harvest them.

Wheat grass actually contains many nutrients not found in spinach and a good juicer is also going to provide those nutrients in a concentration which would require you to eat pounds of green veggies to match.

I still don't care for the stuff myself. :)

It provides some anti-oxidants.

U eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day with only and only water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. In the process u enjoy it more and make ur body motor system tell u that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve the ideal weight effortlessly in a reasonable time.

They say its good for you but it tastes like dung. I'm sure there must be other sources for whatever it provides.
