Personally, I don't like breakfast, I can go all day and not eat and then want to eat everything in sight by 6ish in the evening, but, on a weight plan, and now I have to eat smaller portions all day, but, don't like the traditional breakfast like cereal, or eggs and such, I would rather eat them in the night, but, I eat when I wake up maybe an hour after and eat lunch things, which sounds crazy, but, I crave spicey food, but, I eat little meals all day, which lately I hadn't because I've had such a terrible sinus infection, allergies, and such, which I'm an emotional eater and ate yesterday trying to make myself feel better but, had to eat from the antibiotic I was getting, and drank a two liter coke, in thirty minuts and no that isn't on my diet and I didn't care, it tasted great, and I know water is the best but, I felt better after the coke and eating and a good day and night and day and night sleep, lol, I was so sick, but, most of the days when I'm not sick, I will eat lunch or dinner things in the morning, and sometimes breakfast if I feel like it, which is once in a blue moon at night..so i guess, I eat breakfast just not the traditional everyday.

Every day.
U eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day with only and only water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. In the process u enjoy it more and make ur body motor system tell u that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve the ideal weight effortlessly in a reasonable time.

I skip it often. That is how often I maintain my ideal weight. That is the easiest meal to skip. Try not to skip it on work days and take extra vit C if I skip it to ward off viruses, as I caught a horrible case of Shingles from not eating for much of numerous work days, so forcing myself to eat better. But breakfast is an easy one to skip at times

Everyday. I had trouble controlling my weight before I started eating breakfast every day. I eat pretty much what I would eat for any other meal: chili, spaghetti, pizza whatever

its the most important meal of the day - starts metabolism, tells body that its time to wake up.
its proven that kids who have breakfast do better in school and i did (im 24 now).
its usually 1-2 glases of water, coffee, whole grain toasts, yogurt and fruit.

I eat it everyday because it is the most important meal of the day. On the days when I'm not hyngry I eat a small piece of fruit of half of a chewy bar.

I make sure I eat it EVERYDAY even if iim not hungry. breakfeast revs up your metabolism, so you burn more calories through-out the day. if you dont eat breakfeast you might gain weight. this is because since your metabolism isnt going, whatever y ou eat the rest of the day will stick to you! its best to eat breakfeast within the first hour of waking up

I usually skip breakfest during the work week..But,find myself eatting it on the weekends.So,I'd have to say at least twice a week.
