That's the first verse of Tatu's popular song "Ya tvoya ne pervaya"(Я твоя не первая), "I am not your first" The pal above me used the ready format of the song and I cannot disagree with the meaning, but there are some typically Russian traits, worth to be added.
"Allo" (Ало)is used when we answer phone.
"avtootvetchik"(автоответчик) could be translated not only as a answering machine, but " A ya avtootvetchik", close to "I feel as a self-answering..".
"Zachem ty vse vremya govorish' odno i tozhe?" (Зачем тьй все время говориш одно и тоже), literally interpreted into English is " Why you are repeating all the time the same?"
