the first time after 12 is at 1:05. the 2nd time at 2:10, the 3rd time at 3:15...the 9th time at 10:50, the tenth time at 10:55, the 11th time is at 11:60 which is at 12 already included in your puzzel...so the asnwer is 10 times.
