Pretty straight forward, fellas. Should I drink myself to death, or have the frontal lobe of my brain taken out........

you don't really have the frontal lobe "taken out" - it's connections to the rest of the brain are just kind of ripped away like pulling a spark plug wire off of a plug permanently. I would recommend convulsive shock therapy first and if that does not give you the results you are looking for you can try mass quantities of Thorazine and try the Thorazine shuffle for a few years (in bed slippers of course). That usually "brings 'em home. Last resort ever-clear

Don't limit your thinking so much. Consider therapy and medication: see a doctor as a first step. State the underlying problem, and perhaps we could advise you better. Alcohol is no solution; that's for sure: this is from personal experience. Exercise, meditation, proper nutrition and keeping occupied can also be of great benefit, but make that phone call soon; it's no big thing: everyone needs a little help at some stage in their lives; and your time is now.

How about a frontal bottle lobotomy?

Good question! For several years now I have toyed with this very same question. When I finally stopped drinking, I realized I did not need a lobotomy after all. Trust me--if I can do it, you can!!

I say avoid the surgery, remove the botle from your possesion, and take up a creative hobby. I strongly urge you to take up model railroading.
