Don't worry we are all nieve at times, sometimes we trust people with all our heart and then when things end up going wrong we blame ourselves. Whatever it was that you feel this way about, rather than beating yourself up by saying how nieve you have been, think about it as a lesson which you may deal with differently next time.

No way! I like to think I am very confident. But I am quite nieve. I like to look at the good in people. People can be very horrible. Rise above it!

The more exposed you are the less naive you become. It has nothing to do with low self esteem.
