most definately...NOT! depends on your age..and still NO! get to know him through and around friends first..then try to be friends first..if they cant be friends, then you are just gonna get used and hurt..everytime...you have to get to know someone first of cours... like them , then after you like them for who they are, what they are, what they believe in, what they stand for, their values, morals, principals, standards, ethics, etc, how they treat you and all others, and many, many more things after a year of knowing them you may finally get to really start to know the real person you have met...You can love someone, but never have to see them, talk to them, live with them, be in the same room, town, city, state, country as them. Love is not conditional...love abounds across miles, years and seasons...you don't know what love is if you have to ask, to be quite frank....live learn, and have fun. love will come in it's own time through getting to know a person over time. during that time you may come to find you don't even really like them much anymore...always go with your gut instinct when it comes to the opposite sex...see how they treat their mothers, family and others first...this should give you an indication how they really are...

Of course not. What if he already is in a relationship, or you are? Or if you just love him as a friend?

It depends on if this guy is married, engaged to some one. If not, maybe I would start a relationship with him.
