always stretch, attend yoga classes, dance lessons or anything that is beyond what your normal routine is.

You could try yoga it really lenghens your body and muscles as well a making them more flexible. It's a great way of toning without it making you go stiff and not being able to move the next day, i also found it helped me relax!!

Yoga! Or you could get an excise ball for about 30 bucks. The one from Windsor Pilates has stretching exercises with it.

Yoga is your answer. I have seen a 98 year old lady able to lift her feet to touch her head. She has been practicing yoga for years.

With yoga, now I can touch my feet without bending my knees. Good enough for a not so young person. Maybe when I am 98 years old, I can touch my head with my feet.

exercise..stretching...yoga ( for beginners)
pilates....start slowly..and build up gradually.
