When he was asked if he likes you and he said no maybe he was telling the truth. The only other reason he may want to know your name is that he may be spreading gossip and rumors around about you. That could be the reason for the paranoia and not being able to look you in the eye. The next time he says something to you that you can't understand you need to look him straight in the eye and make him talk to you plainly so as you can understand and find out just what in the world is going on with him and what the heck he means. Tell him also that if he wants to know something about you he doesn't need to go to another source, like your cousin, to find out what he wants to know. You'll probably get to know each other better if everyone is up front and honest, with no beating around the bush, and so that there will be less chance for any misunderstandings. In other words, speak up and be a man!

in other side maybe your face make he remember 1 of his friend,so thats why he ask your cousin your full name. but do you like this guy? and the other side is he really like you but he dont what to tell your cousin about this because he afraid if you reject him.

He could be fall on you but due to his ego and fear of being rejected, that why we do somthing odd to draw your attention.
