Good answers, but I would like to mention that all these African countries that were listed use French as their official language, but don't have a majority of French native speakers. There are many native African languages spoken in these countries.

Some parts of Northern Africa like Morroco, Cote D'Ivoire, and in South America there is French Guiana, and in the Caribbean there is Haiti. There are also some parts, though very small, in Louisiana where it is still spoken.
