Boys are confusing creatures. Some start to tease you endlessly when they like you and others just blush and run away.
Talk a lil more to that boy and he will ask you out if he likes you when the comfort zone gets bigger.

Depends on the age of the boy. Guys do silly things when they like a girl. But the more mature they are the better you'll be able to tell. The best way to find out is to ASK whomever he is "What's Up?".

the question you should be asking is when am going to make the first move because if you wait for them you'll be waiting for ever. just ask them what their doing and if have any plans. If they say yes and don't try to make another date just move on
