One option is ride to work 4 days a week. One day take your "normal" transportation, drive, bus, train and bring changes of clothes and take any laundry home. Bike the rest of the week.
Another option is paniers to carry a change of clothes.
Since i don't need a suit what works for me is a backpack with a change of shirt and pants. Bike to work, I really don't work up a sweat and .... technical bike clothes whicks that away.
At work change to street clothes and take a quick towel off in the rest room, there is a gym next door I could shower. But 2 miles to the train I'm really not at all bad.

Sweat is a body response to cool down. So to avoid sweating you need to keep your body in an effort zone that will not rise the body temperature, which is raised by effort. (Higher heart beats, etc.).
So, ride at a leisure pace. A lot has to do with the terrain and time you are going to ride. Some people just ride a mile on level ground, they are not going to sweat. If you have to go 10 miles up hill in very little time, you are going to sweat.
So, ride at a pace you that is convenient for you. As time goes by your fitness will improve and so you will be able to go faster without raising the body temperature, it is a matter of training and will come with time.
If possible, ride! It has a lot of benefits. Give it a try like a Saturday or Sunday and see how long it takes you to get to work and how much effort is involve, without sweating, knowing things will improve as you ride on.

Ride a nice easy pace, take a shower when you get to work. If possible, leave some clothes at work and change when you get there.

Mate you ride, you sweat
Most of us get around it be having a shower and getting changed. Leave your suits at work and get them dry cleaned when they are dirty.
You will probably find riding almost as quick if not quicker. Then there are the health benefits. It is enjoyable. And yes you will save a few bucks.
Excuses are like bums, everybody's got one.

All this to save how much?
Ride in your underwear, and with a hanger full of clothes hanging out of your teeth. Or use just one suit, sleep at work, and only go home on the weekends. Or find your long lost twin, buy just one pass, and have it give you the pass out the window, and then run to the next stop and get on. Or dehydrate yourself and don't drink till you get to work. Or work for a baby powder company.

Ha ha ha! Good question. I suppose you would have to leave an hour or two earlier and ride very slowly.
