You know, the lady that comes on and says "at the beep, it will be seven forty pm and 35 seconds. *beep* " I knew it, but modern computers have made me forget. I don't want a time website - just the phone number.

There are two phone numbers that allow you to listen to NIST time. To hear a simulcast of the WWV shortwave broadcast, call (303) 499-7111. This is not a toll-free call, except in the local Boulder/Denver, Colorado area. To hear a simulcast of the WWVH time announcements from Hawaii, call (808) 335-4363.

I like the USNO one better because it tells me in Eastern time as well as universal time, plus you don't have to wait an entire minute listening to that horrid tone before you find out what time it is as it announces every 5 or 10 seconds or so:
