Was just wondering if anyone had any good coeliac recipes apart from the normal bread, cake etc something a bit different?

Try these websites:
http://www.glutafin.co.uk/
http://juvela.co.uk/
They both have a section with recipes or even:
http://www.coeliac.co.uk/ (click on Gluten Free Living and there is a link then to recipe of the month) which includes a monthly recipe for the last 12 months.

Hope that helps.

I have a few on my blog http://imglutenfreebaby.blogspot.com as I follow a gluten and wheat free diet myself.

I would also recommend the Sainsburys website as you can do a search for just GF recipes. http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/Food/Recipe/search.htm?category=recipe&searchtype=single&m.specialdiet=gluten+free&WT.seg_1=nav_primary&WT.svl=1

My main advice would be to cook everything from fresh, change to GF pasta (you can get this at sainsburys) and investigate rice dishes like risotto. Cooking for a celiac doesnt have to be difficult, but you have to be careful with processed foods.

If you write to the various companies that produce g.f. foods they will send you books of recipes using their products,or there are a few web sites that give out good recipes,
