Toilet roll. A four pack of Andrex with Aloe Vera, it is white, textured and very soft. I buy it every week (more regularly if required) from Tesco and use it for personal hygiene after using the bathroom - occasionally I may blow my nose on it too or wipe my tears away if I've had a good cry. I always but it because once you get used to it there is no going back to normal 'scratchy' toilet tissue you need less of it better for the environment too. You can also send off for a comic relief puppy too using promotional packs.

There are you sold? I should charge them!

It's a perforated roll of soft paper wound on a cardboard roll, sold in many different shops in the Housewares Department.
It can be obtained in a variety of colours, I was going to say 'to taste' but thought 'to match the colour of the smallest room' might be more apt.
The product is bought on most main shopping trips but there is always a constant supply 'in hand'.
Now to the method:
In a sitting position, following the evacuation from either of the two orifices(in women) or one (from men) one or more pieces should be torn off the roll that is suspended on a metal or wooden bar and affixed to a wall, in close proximity to the user. The number depends on a number of factors such as the consistency and preference.
As the function to which this product is put is something of a recurrent nature, it is important to use it sparingly as the bulk of the product is normally on the other side of the room. This proves difficult when there is perhaps, just one sheet left.
Perhaps the use of this product is best described as the removal of what might become an obnoxious odour if left to nature. Following the use of the product, it is normal to depress a handle affixed to the side of a porcelain container. This action is thought to remove something from the bowl that is below the aforementioned seat.

Now, I think the description is sufficient to inform the questioner from Mars, let alone one from this world, why this particular product is bought but, if not, the answer can be obtained from a little puppy.

I buy the odd pint of lager in my local pub fairly regularly. I enjoy the occasional drink as it relaxes me... but I'm sure you don't want to know too much about my drinking habits!
