A Beardie has won Best in Show at Crufts only once. That was in 1989 and it was Cassie, Ch Potterdale Classic of Moonhill. She was an absolutely stunning b-i-t-c-h and I had the pleasure of meeting her when I visited the UK in 1992.

As far as the group is concerned, I'm not sure how many times it has been won by a Beardie.

i can remember three beardies winning the group (including this years winner!) in recent times, only one has won BIS though, but there may be more group winners way back in the archives!
