Definitely China, got a 30 gig unknown name ipod clone that work amazingly, also has expandable memory, video quality is also good screen is 3.0 inch, payed $109US also got a cellphone the nokia n series before it was release in the U.S for $299US retailed at $499US when release in the U.S.

If it's for computer parts, graphics cards, RAM, sound cards, HDDs, etc. Id suggest searching eBay for 'spares' 'repairs' and 'breakers'. You'll get PCs with broken power supplys (a power sup costs £20) or damaged hard drives, etc. but everything else works fine.
