Yes, you have either what sounds like a generalized anxiety disorder or could be depression. Ask yourself which did you first start experiencing? If you started with the anxiety first, the depression is likely to be secondary to your anxiety disorder, however if you started with the depression fisrt then the anxiety is probably secondary to your depression. I would advise you go see your doctor as he will be likely to prescribe you some anti depressants or minor sedatives for when you are experiencing this anxiety, however if you don't want to take medication then there are alternative options such as councelling & psychotherapy. Best of luck

Yes, it sounds like you have an anxiety disorder. I would seek out a good psychologist to help you with this. Also, there are meds available, that will help you tremendously. And, your family physician can prescribe those. Paxil is a great one! It is a good antidepressant/antianxiety drug.

Hang in there and get yourself some help!

Sounds like a chemical imbalance in the brain it's very common. The doctor should prescribe you with a low dose anti-depressant.You'll be surprised of the change in yourself.Get to the doc straight away as they take two weeks to work.

I think you suffer from anxiety and are probably a bit depressed too. You should go and see a doctor as soon as you can, he will direct you to the best cure.
