Go with the Ford Puma. We don't have them here in the States... but I have read great reviews about them and they are very affordable, and owners seem to love the way they drive and handle. We do have Celicas here, and and they are just your run of the mill average Japanese sporty car. I wish they would bring Pumas to the US! We need something more unique like those here.

Toyota Celica

We've got a Toyota that has 222K miles and have owned it since 1997 when it was new. It doesn't give us any problems, (knock on wood), well not anything compared to our Chevy or Dodge. My son has a Honda and just like the Toyota...it just runs, and runs and runs.

Check out Edmunds.com and from there you can see reviews and what the latest rebates are for new cars.

I'd suggest buying a 2 year old car with about 20-35K miles on it to get the best deal for your money. I'll never buy a brand new car again since they depreciate in value so quickly. We've usually have luck with the two year old car that someone else has broken in and brought to the dealership for oil changes every 20K miles or so.

Well that's my two cents.

Acually funny that because by friend had a toyota celica and i think the inside is cheap and plastic. And the ride is pretty rubbish. And the handling isn't that much good. i have a ford puma and i think it's one of the best cars i have had it drives well looks good inside and out and its so fun to drive. Plus the survice is cheap as-well.

toyota. definately!

japaneese cars are so reliable. my old honda had 175k on the clock and never failed it's MOT! and it was 175 BHP but I got 45 miles per gallon, so cheap to run...japaneese cars are the bomb!

celica's are faster too and look sportier
plus (in the UK) there is a badge snobbery and I think Ford's aren't classes as cool.

as you're a 25 year old man, if you're straight or gay, the celica will turn heads...the ford most definately wont!!

Not even a question go with the celica, way more reliable, better mileage and more performance options.
