try any type of dairy product for exzample cheese, ice cream, frozen yogurt, fruit flavored yogurt, cream cheese and fruit flavored cream cheeses, pudding, cottage cheese with peachs, streawberrys, cheese with crackers, grilled cheese sandwhichs, a daily multi-vitamin for kids like flinstones ect, cheeseburgers, cheesey potatoes, or real baked potatoe french frys with cheese sauce, sourcream on baked potatos, or salsa with sour cream, some kids like it!, spagetti with extra cheese sprinkles, lasanga, pizza, cheesey hotdogs, mac n cheese, pasta with alfredo sauces, it has milk ans cheeses, any creamed soups they use milk!, creamy brocoli with cheese or nay other veggies she will eat with cheese on them, ham and cheese egg omlets, chocalate milk mite work, or strawberry milk , or fruit smoothies, or milkshakes, or fruit parfees friut n yogurt mixed!,the sky is really the limit, if she see's you drink milk or eat dairy products she may try them too!! and keep eating or drinking them until she see's its good for her if your are eating or drinking it she is bound to be curious why you want it all the time and if she sees you happy when your consuming the milk or dairy products it will work in time !!! try to find out why she is refusing the milk. does it hurt her stomach? give her acid reflux, sour stomach, is she lactose intolerant? allergic to milk? defintly see her pediatrician about the problem and get it taken care of! good luck! make good healthy food choices so that she too will want the good foods now like fruit and veggies versus all the high fats and calories and bad processed foods!!

hum..Well I'm strange I loved milk until I was about 3 after that I wouldn't go near it and to this day if I try and drink it strait I end up getting sick.
I eat it with cereal, but usually drain the milk off the spoon, or have it with chocolate powder I loved that when I was little. You could try banana or strawberry powder as well if the chocolate doesn't work. Try making smoothy's in the blender, add some milk chocolate powder, banana and it makes a yummy healthy drink, just tell her its with ice-cream or something.

When you give her milk with other things added just pretend its not milk.

You can give her cheese if she doesn't like that try cheese strings or making toasted cheese(just put cheese on a slice of bread and pop it in the microwave)

yougarts are great you can get them in all kids of flavors so there has to be one she would like.

Ohh and I remember for a while I used to get this milk that was in the section with the normal milks in any suoermarket, I can't remember the name but it had no flavor and I would drink that.

Also coco-pops have something like 25% of a childs recommended daily calcium intake with out the milk so if you pour chocolate milk on top thats at least 50% of her calcium gone already

If all else fails at the Pharmacy I'm sure they would have liquids/tablets I'm not sure if they make them for children that young but certainly children over 5 because thats when I started taking them.

If she does not like the taste of milk try giving her cheese and yogurt instead chocolate milk is ok but if she will not drink white mild at all it is better for her to drink less milk and eat more cheese and yogurt. I also hate the taste of milk so I don't drink it very much so I eat cheese and yogurt to insure that I still get the vitamin and mineral that I would be getting from milk.

Yogurt. My son went through a yogurt only phase. Try buying the cartoon ones, or the ones with fruit inside. Also during the day (not breakfast) let the child have some ice cream, all kids love ice cream and its got calcium.

Yogurt and cheese are good alternatives to milk. You can also get good sources of calcium from leafy green veggies like broccoli and calcium fortified orange juice.

For breakfast: yogurt, pancakes, eggs, OJ

she still needs her calcuim, so try cheese, toddlers LOVE cheese

yogurt is another good option, lots of kids like that too

she may just be going through an "I'm not eating" phase. Toddlers tend to do that off and on.

if all else fails you may want to talk to your doctor about a multivitamin with calcium

soy isnt any good for you any way. it has been proven to stimulate the growth of cancer if the gene for it is there.

toddlers can get fussy. if its the lack of dairy your worried about give her yoghurt and fruit for breakky. if its milk in itself she doest like, trick her. give her weat bix. melt the bix with hot water first then add a little milk stir it around so its not runny put some banana or honey on it but dont let her see the milk go in. sweet fruit juice in stead of milk added to wheat bix tastes pretty good acording to my 5 year old

After my son turned one, he wouldn't drink white milk so I add chocolate and strawberry syurp to his milk and he love it. You may also want to try added milk to his cereal. Try cheese or ice cream, so he will get the calcium he needs.
