Yes.....it means I will up-chuck very soon. Many years ago, I was forced to eat it at school by a very stupid teacher. I've never touched it since.
Are you referring to the fact that the liver is where all the crap we eat is processed, or that it's a vital organ? It's completely yuk either way. Much better being left in the animal it came from.
