It could be any number of things. It could be dreaming, or just a subconscious kind of talking in her sleep. My ex-wife used to moan because when she was pregnant she was always uncomfortable when she slept and eventually she just always moaned in her sleep.

It could be just a bad dream, or she's cold, or she's having a hard time breathing. I have asthma, and I moan sometimes. Ask her about it, she might not even know it's happening.
