It's not a medical problem to have low blood pressure. If you're under 80/50 you can't give blood. You might feel faint when you first stand up in the morning. But it's not unhealthy.
For me, if I need to raise my blood pressure reading, like when I give blood, I take a brisk walk around the block, or I think about something annoying, like dieting or a mean boss I had.

I assume you mean Blood pressure. Low iron in your diet.
