Pakistan has a judiciary?????????/
Thanks for reminding me that it is a democracy. For long i have thought that only Musharraf is everything. The president is more powerful in executive issues and the chief justice in judicial powers.

In most of the countries the President is superior than any government office bearer and other dignitaries...
So it should be president...
Now u've asked bout pakistan then its a very difficult question... There still president is not selected but he chooses himself if he has enough power... See the current president who attacked on the previous ruler ,,, took power from him,,, now someone more powerful ll come then only he'll go,,, It may very well be the chief justice and he'll need some police power and he's the next most powerful thing in pakistan... nothing bout constitution or democracy buddy its all power,,, physical power,,, still that caveman's concept is applicable....

the two institutions are self reliant. yet of course, the supervisor Justice is apponited with the excitement of the President. So he [the President] is superior. It relies upon how that's presented interior the form of Pakistan that no count if the President can get rid of the supervisor Justice or no longer and if he [the President] can then what technique desires to be observed. yet somewhat it could't be due the whims and fancy of the President.

There is no importance for the justice. Chief Justice will be a waste in Pakistan.
