Yoga is the way to maintain the health, It is a therapy the process which deals in upkeeping of body with exercise, keeps the body fit but the ayurveda is the total system of fitness, cure for the deseases and it contributes the whold thing.

Yoga is ASANAS - in other words physical & mental exercise. (no medicines are taken)
Yoga - you can learn from Guru only.

Ayurveda is medicine treatment for ailments/diseases - traditional and famous without any side effects. Ayurveda is treatment done by qualified doctors.

ayurveda is knowledge of life. essentially it is practised to keep the body and mind blanced and healthy. yoga and ayurveda are inseperable - they are both expounded in the vedas.
