Philippines vs. the world. Filipino players are dominating the competition at the moment. The defending world 9-ball champion is a Filipino named Ronnie Alcano. Legendary players like Efren Reyes and Django Bustamante are still playing fantastic pool and still winning tournaments every now and then. And then of course, you have the fast-rising young Filipino players like Dennis Orcollo, Lee Van Corteza and others who are giving their elders a run for their money.

i think philippines have the high hand in pool right now i would go a long way to see a match to see a match between them and the best the rest of the world could put togather

That would be like cutting your self with a saw and trying to decide which tooth was the sharpest Cant think of one that would not be all have world champion players i would give the phillippines half a set lead
