Im 13 and I have 13% body fat. What kind of cardio exercises and ab exercises should I do to get rid of some fat to show my sixpack? And how long should I lift weights to get my arms ripped. I workout my arms for about 30min.

If you're a girl, stay where you are. Losing any more weight could be hazardous.

If you're a boy, swim, bike, run. Those are the best aerobic (cardio) exercises there are. As for lifting, consult your coach or P.E. teacher at school to make sure you are performing lifts correctly. Bad form risks injury.

You may be a bit young to get 'ripped' if your male hormones haven't fully kicked in yet. On the bright side, starting now and keeping at it can make you huge in a few years. Your body is starting to produce hormones now in quantities that the older guys (like Sammy Sosa) have to cheat to achieve.

The key is to lose fat on your whole body because spot reduction is a myth. Show my someone with defined abs and I can show you someone with defined arms, legs, back, and chest. The most effective ingredient is nutrition, followed by (believe it or not) weight training and (lastly) cardio.
