I have been to a number of weddings in my life and have noted that the happiest seem to be where that was the case.
Not my own wedding though everything was proper in that case.

Pregnant? Well, isn't it OBVIOUS?? The pregnant bride is DOUBLY happy!! Not only will she NOT have a baby out of wedlock, but she gets a man, the baby gets a father...it's a win-win situation....what's not to like??

What is proper for one is not for another.Every wedding can be a happy event it all depends on th family. I waited until my children were old enough to be in my wedding before I married (we even planned our second child before the event so he could be there) I wouldn't change it for anything.A wedding is a celebration of love and family so why should it matter if the family is already on the way.My wedding was my second wedding my first wedding I was 4 months away from being born.

Maybe the caterer is the happiest....as the bride is eating for two. While I think it is tacky to get married visibly pregnant and to wear white to each his own. As long as the couple is getting married because they want to and not because they feel they have to. There is nothing worse then being brought up in an unhappy home.

well if 2 people ar in love and getting married of course it is going to be a happy wedding whether pregnant or not . it is proper if the love is mutual obviously. just becuase the bride is pregnant does not mean it is improper wedding!

Haha every bride is happy, pregnant or not pregnant. If a woman finds a man that won't stand her up when it's time to walk down the isle, trust me she's happy.

I wouldn't be my family would kill me. If i was pg i wouldn't have a big formal wedding. I would just go to court or something. I wouldn't want to look like a big white whale coming down the aisle. But that's just me someone else might be happy to.

I would guess so, but there is such thing as post mordul syndrome, which makes for a huge crash in the pregnancy and marraige if they did so at the same time......

I'm not sure, I was a single mom and was remarried with current hubby.

He sure is great, accepting me and my kids as his own.

Not if that is the only reason you are getting married then it is a mistake.

this might seem wrong, but i think that they are just happy to have married the baby daddy. or it could just be hormones!
