Jesus honey, why in Gods name do want to weigh 55lbs. Are you crazy!! you are already 58lbs, that's is not healthy. Starving your self is not right you can harm yourself doing that. Look you are probably saying you are fat, but you are not. You need to eat health one meal a day is not healthy. You should have at least three meals a day. A very healthy breakfast consisting of fruits and eggs and a glass of orange juice or milk. For lung you can have a salad, or a chicken or tuna salad. Or a sandwich. For dinner try stir fry chicken, or you can make other things combining them with fresh veggies. Look you can talk to a nutritionist they Can help you put together a really good nutritious meals.

At first I was shocked to see that you weighed 58 pounds but than I saw that you have kg not lbs. So, here is a suggestion. I've been trying to lose weight too. I think that you should eat more than 1 meal a day. They say that when you eat several meals a day your metabolism is boosted which in the long run will help you achieve the weight that you want. I also suggest working out, walking, running, cardio or anything that is fun for you, dancing, sports, ect. I hope that you loose the weight that you are trying to lose. I also hope that you know when to stop. For a while I found myself eating less and less and the weight came off but when I ate more even just one day it came back to what I started at. So eat right and excercise is the key to this.

If you feel you need to lose weight, you should eat more than just one meal a day. If you decrease your food intake, or completely stop eating all together, your metabolism will slow down considerably. Which in the end would cause you to gain more. I tried only eating one meal a day and after a while when I gave that up, I gained quite a bit of weight. If you don't want to eat a lot, eat fruit or vegetables. They're not high in calories or fat, and you'd get the proper nutrition. So, if you do get hungry for something unhealthy, eat a banana and cereal that's high in fiber, that you enjoy. If you keep that up, by cutting out the unhealthy, fattening foods and replacing them with the proper nutrition, you should see more pleasing results rather than not eating anything or much at all. And, exercising even a little (as long as it's a little more than what you usually do) will speed up the process.

Ok yes, i think she means kilograms. If that was pounds, she wouldnt be alive.
First off, eating one meal a day will not lose that much weight. Its not exactly healthy either. Trust me, i have gone on weight loss diets for football and they work. Here are some tips:
1. Make sure you eat a breakfast. That gets your metabolism started in the mornings and the (about) 2 hours before lunch (noon) you feel hungry, and when you feel hungry, your body burns fat, losing more weight.
2. Eat fruit. It tastes good and fills you up pretty well too. Usually and orange or apple will fill you up for the time being, not adding many calories, and giving you vitamins and nutrients.
3. Count your calories. If you eat around 2,000 calories a day, and exercise, you WILL lose weight, unless those 2,000 calories are candy and you consider exercise playing DDR in your basement =D.
4. If you feel hungry and don't want to eat, Find a friend to talk to, or get out and get active doing something. Its harder to eat on-the-go, remember.

You want to loose weight right? Eating only one meal per day will make you starve or make you sick. The trick is to eat only healthy food and eat it in moderation. Stop eating foods that you know will make you fat like chocolates, junk food, bread, pizza, etc. But, although fruits and vegetables will not make you fat, if you eat too much of these, you will still get fat. What do I mean by eating too much? Don't eat if you're not hungry. If the time comes and you're hungry, eat but when you're not hungry anymore, stop. Don't wait until you are very full. That will really make you fat. Besides, are you talking about pounds or kilograms when you say you're 58 in weight? If it's pounds, then you should be thankful for your weight already unless you want to be really thin because your a model or a superstar. If it's kilograms, it's still okay because a lot of other people are heavier than you and they are still happy. Either one, my main advice is that you can go on a diet, but don't make yourself sick. And, remember, it is what's inside that counts.

That is really bad, you may become anorexic. Don't STOP eating STOP eating larger portions.
Instead of eating two bowls of pasta eat on that is half the sixe of the bowl.
Also eat SLOWLY. I know this sounds kinda weird but if you eat slower than you become more full quicker.
Also try lower calorie and fatty foods.
Many people find them selves eating when they are really THIRSTY so before you think of popping something in your moth drink some water and if you are still hungry eat an apple.
Excersise by jogging in the park or up and down your street. Take your dog for a really LONG walk!
I hope everything works out fine!

first, you need to distinguish between when you're hungry or when you're just craving a snack. eat 2-3 meals a day (it's good for me!) but put something healthy in your body.
if it's just a craving, however, do some exercise. you don't need to drop what you're doing and take a 5 mile jog or anything, but take a walk with headphones, or jumpe rope while blasting your favorite music. it gets your mind off of food, and for some people it even makes you not want to eat all those unneccesary snacks because of the work-out you just did.
but seriously, one meal is bad. slows metabolism, loss of energy, and a whole bunch of other crap. just stay healthy. you don't want to be TOO skinny.

when you consider that i'm skinny as a stick, i wouldn't be a specialist in answering those questions. yet i grants you some information that i do when I grow to be too obese, and benefit fat. commonly once you're hungry, i recommend you drink water, or a healthy drink inclusive of a drink that provides you nutrition A, and C. Milk commonly makes me finished, with any luck we the two have some thing in effortless. If it fails to maintain you're abdomen happy, purchase the eco-friendly milk, 2% much less fat. it rather is quite difficult to opt for between food, and weight-reduction plan, yet once you think of approximately it, you gotta think of approximately whats importaint, your well being, or your appearances.
