I LOVE Thermasilk. Love, love, love. I've tried like seven different brands but always go back to it. But all week I've been trying to buy another bottle of shampoo... and I couldn't find it in stores. I thought, weird... they all ran out?

They didn't. Thermasilk has actually been discontinued. Arrggghh!

Any other users of Thermasilk know of an alternative that is similar? I only have issues with : Dove (it doesn't really clean my hair) and Garnier Fructis (makes my hair fall out.)

In advance: I really appreciate the input; I get so paranoid about my hair.

I also used Thermasilk. I was wondering what happened, but I also try to switch my shampoo and conditioner every few months. Did you know that that is really good for your hair? I read in cosmo a couple of years ago that just like medicine, your body gets immune (for lack of a better word) to using the same shampoo and conditioner over and over, and it just never works like it used to. You're supposed to switch occassionally and your hair will feel like it is as healthy as the day you were born. And it has always worked for my hair. I have really long, thick hair, and I have found nothing better than changing it up every now and then. Have you tried Finesse Smooth and Silky? I love that. and I'm trying a new one now, Also, Vive Pro Nutrigloss Conditioner works awesome, my hair is beautiful and shiny and silky after I use it, and I DO NOT have very healthy hair. One other product I love is the new Herbal Essences line. Herbal Essences used to not work for me at all, it never got my hair clean and never made it soft at all. The moisurizing conditioner and shampoo from the new line, however, are very good products too. I'm really picky about my hair, so believe me, I've tried almost all of it, so I hope this helps ya. Okay, last thing, if something is making your hair fall out, you are probably allergic to it, and you need to be careful of what you use if that is the case.

You can try tresemme? It works really good since its salon approved. I've used dove, and I had the same problem. But Frutise works for me too. Try tresemme and a corrective oil treatment in case anythin happens. I have long, naturally oily hair so to prevent it from gettin oily I only shampoo the scalp and condition the tips. After the shower, I use Thermosilk while my hair is still wet and I never use a blowdryer. It works, I promise. It would be worth it to invest in a bottle of thermosilk more than the shampoo.

NO! they didnt! thats was the best! this has happened to me a couple times now, what i do is if you still have an old bottle of it is to look up the ingredients and then check out some different new shampoos, if they have the same ingredients then those will likely work best for you. if you go to a salon or even a drugstore they can also help you pick out a new one that will be similar.

good luck!

Not to worry. Discount shops like £1 Shops or €2 Shops stock discontinued products, check there, you should be able to find what you're looking for.

Well. Pantene is a very very good shampoo and conditioner. So is Nexus. But salons use these products alot so they are kinda alot of money. But not to much and they are totally worth it!
