To make thin hair thick: take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2-3 x day. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. Hair and nails will be super strong. Aids digestion, cure acne, and lose weight. This will keep you hair long and thick for the rest of your life. You will see a change in about a month. Pure cocont oil is a great moisturizer for hair and body, Both products are very inexpensive and can be found at the grocers. Coconut oil is in the black hair care section.

I used the Pantene 3 times the thickness in the gold labeled bottle. After a while my hair got too thick and started falling out. The stylist told me it was b/c the shampoo set coats your hair with a wax to make it thicker. Don't know it is true or not but my hair was thicker.

If you have long hair, you could ask your hairstylist to cut in some layers the next time you get your hair cut. I think there are some hair products out there that work to make thin hair appear thick.

A good shampoo/hair treatment. They're not that costly. Just get shampoo meant to help thinning hair. Garnier/Pantene.

After blow-drying it, through your head upside down and blow-dry on the cool setting. It should set.

You can blow dry it or use sunsilk volumizing shampoo.
