I have no idea why you think a 29 year old is a minor but that's not true. You need some instruction on "tough love".
If he has been examined by a competent doctor and there is nothing medically wrong with him, tell him he has 30 days to get a job and find a place to live because in 30 days he's out. If he finds a way to go to jail, and you really love him, let him stay in jail and pay the price. You cannot continue to allow this man to ruin your lives. He has to accept responsibility for his life and quit putting you in that role. You have done your job and it's time to let go.
If you don't take control of the situation it will only get worse.

Your son is not a minor. In all countries, you become an adult either at age 18 or 21. You need to set things up for him maybe, give him a jumpstart. People can be losers for life unless you do something drastic about it. Perhaps a therapist or psychologist can help - not that I'm insinuating that your son is mentally disabled, but they can usually help find out what is wrong, and persuade their patients to set off on a brighter path in life. Best of luck.

At 29 your son is not a minor. It sounds to me like you made life to easy for your son, gave him everything he wanted and he is used to it.. At the age of 12 if my kids wanted something special they went out and worked for it. Like yard work, babysitting and etc on... Even when he is in jail he gets everything.. You have only yourself to blame for the way he is today.. Let me guess you clean up after him,do his washing and cook his meals still... Stop doing it for him. If he gets hungry let him cook his own food, and do his own washing.. Stop doing everything for him... What is going to happen to him when you and your hubby pass on.. With playing the games I have a cousin that loves playing them, but he works 12 hours a day and caring for his family.. Take him to doctor have him tested and if he is all right kick his butt out and dont let him back in...

Your son is a loser. You should do whatever it takes for you to get your son out of the house. Make him at least do something productive in his life, if not kick him out of the house.

To me it sounds like your making up the story. Or else you are both are a bit slow in your mental abilities. I don't mean to sound rude, or hurt you but thats what I think.
