What is "Vegemite"??

I do but you can't overdo it or it's nasty. A little on toast is a perfect snack. Vegemite is very salty, a bit of salt is nice but too much is sickening.

I do not like it. It is way too salty for me. Plus, my blood pressure tends to be on the high side, so I cut out sodium and salt in my diet.

love it although its a second best to Marmite, standing order for me to bring two jars back to Thailand every time I go back for my vegimite starved aussie mates
