is it true that the marine corps has the fifth largest air force in the world? i even heard that the..........

marine corps is larger then alot of european armies, is this true?

That is the claim on the US Marine Corps' website. So I'm assuming it must be true.

Though I wouldn't put lying on military matters past the government.

no they are just good so people think there is a lot more of them than there is , after the marines landed in Okinawa during WW2 some of the Japanese commanders took their men and evacuated to the other side of the Island
