What's unique and effective? (-: I really don't know what you want!
But, here's my recipe for a thick, bready pizza crust: 270 ml water, 400 g. hard flour and whole wheat flour, mixed, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. yeast, 1 tbsp. olive oil. Make up in the breadmaker.
I use a spaghetti sauce for the pizza sauce, and sometimes home-made mozzarella for the cheese. I also like some sort of salami or pepperoni on it.

instead of tomato sauce
try Ragu' garlic Alfredo sauce - I used it with a vegetarian pizza
the garlic smell drives you crazy - BUT - is not that strong when you eat it
get 3 pizzas to a jar!
best of luck with your project!

half sauce w/cheese and half sauce...then add ingredients of your choice sausage, seafood, chicken and assorted vegetables. not everyone likes or can eat cheese. many restaurants serve pizzas without cheeses. also try the various websites like epicurious or the food network.

Here are 3 different ones
Chicken and Artichoke Pizza with Fresh Tomatoes
INGREDIENTS
3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 (10 ounce) package prebaked pizza crust
4 Roma tomatoes, sliced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Wash hands. Cut chicken into 3/4-inch pieces. Wash hands and cutting board. Drain artichoke hearts, reserving liquid. Coarsely chop artichoke hearts.
Place artichoke liquid in large nonstick skillet and bring to boil over medium-high heat. Cook until most of liquid has evaporated, about 1 minute. Add chicken and garlic to skillet. Cook chicken 3 to 5 minutes or until done (internal temp 170 degrees F). Stir in artichoke hearts. Remove from heat.
Place pizza crust on baking sheet; top evenly with tomato slices. Top with chicken mixture; sprinkle with basil. Top with cheese. Bake 12 to 17 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Cut pizza into wedges and serve with tossed salad. Refrigerate leftovers.
Fruit Pizza I
A cookie dough crust, cream cheese filling, and fruit topping. Tip: For a quick crust, use one package of ready made sugar cookie dough rolled out to fit a pizza pan. Use an assortment of fresh fruit such as bananas, peaches, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and strawberries."
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Mix in egg. combine the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Press dough into an ungreased pizza pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until light. Spread on cooled crust.
Arrange desired fruit on top of filling, and chill.
Fruit Pizza II
"A fruit covered cookie crust that is shaped like a pizza. Try using star fruit, peaches, bananas, kiwi, orange slices, blueberries, and pineapples."
INGREDIENTS
1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Slice cookie dough and arrange on greased pizza pan, overlapping edges. Press dough flat into pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool.
In a large bowl, soften cream cheese, then fold in the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. You can chill for a while at this point, or continue by arranging the fruit.
Begin with strawberries, sliced in half. Arrange in a circle around the outside edge. Continue with fruit of your choice, working towards the middle. If bananas are used, dip them in lemon juice so they don't darken. Then make a sauce to spoon over fruit.
In a saucepan, combine sugar, salt, corn starch, orange juice, lemon juice and water. Cook and stir over medium heat. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 or 2 minutes, until thickened. Remove from heat, and add grated orange rind. Allow to cool, but not set up. Spoon over fruit. Chill for two hours, then cut into wedges and serve.
