hiee everyone....i weigh 45 kg and am 1.5 m in height....i think i'm slightly underweight....the problem is i eat so much but i only gain weight in my belly and face....my arms and legs are abit thin...never seem to gain that much there...what can i do to lose weight on my face and belly.......?

find a sport that you will like hockey, tennis and soccer, play a sport for years and you will see lovely results in life.

the only thing you could do is visit a dermatologist and have a lyposaction.. just jowking,, my real answer is, wake up early jog, exercise and eat the right diet.

you need to detox to make your tummy smaller.. take in more water & fibre.. actually mineral & vitamin also very important cos they will help to function your body better..

for your face.. you need to take in herb to lose water on your face!! i used to have that but after taking certain herb tablets, my face look smaller..

try walking and ab excercises. maybe you shouldnt eat so much. eat smaller portions, or change your diet to one that is high in protein. (white meat chicken, and fish)
