Does anyone else think is sounds respectful when people say the following to instead of sex or making love:
"I hit that"
"we went at it"
"I banged that"
"i f**ked him/her"
"I got some from him/her"

What do you think?

It depends on whom the person is talking with, the situation, and the other person involved.

My husband and I say things like that, but believe me, we have absolutely nothing but respect for one another. It's said jokingly.

For the most part, however, I think it reduces the other person to a masturbatory object. "I used that to get off." LOL

huh.. men! they always like to kiss and tell, its quite offensive for us ladies, for men to brag about their sexual life. We dont go around telling our friends how our sex life is, it's just private. come on, dont you ever think that living in a free country includes digging up your sex life. Its unappropriate. If someone asks if you had sex, dont go giving all the details and brag about it, why not just keep it to yourself? and instead of using these kind of phrases,,
"I hit that"
"we went at it"
"I banged that"
"i f**ked him/her"
"I got some from him/her"
why not just keep your mouth shut,? you dont have to prove to anyone you did it, coz really, its disrespectful

No, it sounds like they were having se x or fu ck ing....their is a difference between those and making love to an intimate partner.

Even dogs do your examples with others just because, being a human means having feelings and not doing that unless both partners are committed to each other.

Personally Im in favor of the word ****** when it comes to sex or love making.

Its just one of those heated sex sessions though.

The others I see as more offensive, like youd tell your friends you "hit that", "banged that", "I got some", or my old favorite "we boinked"

Theres nothing wrong with ******* though.

it really depends on the crowd you keep. guys usually stay away from talking feelings so the talk sex. it isn't respectful to talk about who you ***** in any terms . guys would get more azz if they could keep their bragging rights to a minimum.

heck no, its like make the person into an object not a person sharing a deep and meaningful physical aspect of a relationship.

I think its awful but then if that is how they feel about it...its their problem. Its actually making love when you do it with someone you truly care about. Otherwise its what you described up above.

I speak like that to my kinky jealour girlfriends and I speak the romantic way to my bf and my other well wishers.

Nothing wrong just how our mind works.
