This is a problem I wish I had. My boss is a 40 year old blond woman who makes my heart pound everytime I see her. Lol I know this didn't help the situation any. Just be upfront and honest, tell her you think she is great but u just don't feel the same way.

Pretend you're not aware that she likes you maybe? I'm not sure how you would go about it, but just don't make it sound mean or disrespectful (obviously). You could tell her that you think she is a cool person & all, but you don't think that you should be mixing business with pleasure. You could also say you have a girlfriend. Or you could also say you have a long distance relationship. That way she won't expect any proof.
