Bushmills Irish Whiskey, three fingers neat, when accompanied by a medium rare Porterhouse; baked potato (butter & sour cream); steamed vegetables and a house salad. A glass of water on the side for palet cleansing of course...man I need this right about now, I'm doing it tomorrow:o)
