You have asked the same question in the Japan section as well. So - in what context do you mean foreigners? Are you asking if anyone who is on Yahoo!Answers right now and living in China is a foreigner to that country?

Or are you in the USA and assume that Yahoo!Answers only belongs to the USA and therefore are asking if anyone else who is on here and who are not form the US = foreigners?

Please clarify your question.

I assume you are asking if there are any person not from China here on the Yahoo Answers China. I am a foreigner (American ex-pat working for a Chinese company) and living in Shanghai for three years now.

It'll be hilarious if you claim to be an American citizen with that kind of grammar. So I'm guessing you're not.

I'm born in America and I would be considered a foreigner in China.
