I agree with David S. Check out this short limewire review and try visiting some of the sites listed in it.

I suggest you sign up and pay a very small amount
of money for a www service. Limewire uses
something very similar to a Supernode, which is
banned in many parts of the world. I have a friend
who has thousands of different kinds of files yet
only downloads a few different files because of
the way Limewire is designed, which makes for
a great waste of hard drive space, and effort, I
think. Besides, if you pay for a legitimate service
instead of just getting free audio or video, you
are apt to get better quality downloads. Also,
the artists get some compensation for what they
do for a living when you get a good service for
downloading music.
