how do you convert mp3 to an amr file?

i just wan't to know if there's a software to change my mp3's to amr file

Before i tell you how to convert mp3 to amr, you neeed to know that amr is a mono channel version of mp3 and the quality is optimized for voice and not for any kind of audio. this maybe used as a ringtone in most phones though.

Here you go... you need a software released by nokia called the nokia amr converter. Its free and you can get it from http://nokia-multimedia-converter.en.softonic.com/ie/30899
