Heh - If I'm in downtown Denver and I see that guy, he likely is a pimp. However, he's not likely to be standing about on a street corner, so it's more likely one of the local crazies.

No, you shouldn't pull over. You're freind is a moron looking to get you both in potentially deep trouble.

No, I can't say that I would stop to ask anyone questions at 2 in the morning, unless I was lost and looking for directions. Plus I am female and if he was a pimp he might just give me the directions to his Ho' House....lol
On the other hand , maybe he is not well off and that suit was all he could buy or had given to him, I would feel terrible doing something on a dare causing someone to get hurt.
So take care and be careful when you confront anyone at that time of morning.

No. It's absolutely none of my business what he's doing downtown in an elaborate purple suit. Maybe he just came from a costume party in one of the hotels downtown. You never know.

If he (or anyone else) is breaking car windows or slashing tires, then you call the police. Again, no need to pull over and ask him, "Hey, are you a vandalizing pimp?" Not wise. And not a good assumption.

Mind your own business unless it's damaging society, that's my motto.

What a better world this would be if PEOPLE JUST MINDED THEIR OWN BUSINESS!!!
I mean, he hasn't approached you or tried to stop your car!
Even if he IS black, why does that make him 'suspect'??? And just because he's wearing a cheap purple suite, that gives you the right to assume he's a pimp or something else??? Come on! Make this world a better place, mind your own business and the only time you stop for a stranger is NEVER. Just get on with your life.

doing a little racial stereotyping are we? are you dumb enough to ask anybody at 2 am, on the street that question....black or white? or just a wannabe yourself? you probably have a suit just like the b.d's. at home...wear it and see what knee jerk reaction you get. not hatin' just speculatin'.
