i started dating a woman 2 yrs ago - had a great start with a lot of passion and sex. after 1 year, she accepted my ring too. problem is after that she started cooling off. we still hangout and do activities together, but i can feel that she has a wall up. sex has become rare and i now have to watch what i say to her.
i did push her into asking why she is doing what she is doing. she tells me she wants to take it slow. plus, she does not want to go through the bad breakups she had through her previous relationships.
could anyone throw light on what is probably going on.. why is she doing this?

sounds like she isn't too interested in you anymore,to me.
but she doesn't want to break up and be alone again because this relationship is too convenient for her. so when she wants to talk to you she does but when she is feeling another man you wont see much of her anymore...

she must hv gone thru a bad relationship before. She is not confident of the relationship yet. A woman wld not easily accept a ring unless she loves the man. Woman needs a lot assurance in relationship, you can try doing things that makes her know/feel that she meant a lot to you. And having less sex doesnt meant she isnt interested in you anymore. She must be quite troubled of the commitment as she has gone through a bad breakups before. Give her sometime, dont rush into marriage. Build relationship on a comfortable and sturdy level, then move onto marriage. Happiness is more impt than marriage. Both of you must be happy in yr relationship, only then can you take it to the next level. Hope this helps.

Nope not a clue---but you have tunnel vision--in other words you are looking in one direction---look at the big picture here----there are probably more women out there that won't do this--it sounds as if you better move on. If you can get the ring back, ... fine--if not... so what?? This gal won't be anymore fun than what she is now----definitely not your best choice---get a grip and move on, sonny.

try somthing new in bed. also take it slow ask if she wants to give the ring back for a while. That will shed some light in to things or at least get her talking.

maybe she was not yet ready of hving a serious commitment or still she is under a deep thinking what she really wants.Give her a certain time and if this time is over,talk to her in a calm conversation.Dont force her coz some girls do if their being force they will give you hell and it will end up of losing your relationship.
