Yes I nearly drowned to death in a river. I distinctly recall seeing a rainbow bridge (in Norse mythology that’d be Bifrost) I really wanted to run over the bridge and see what lay on the other side. I could barely see tall snow covered mountains and lush forests. I remember meeting a God who guarded the bridge. I’d later find out was Heimdall.

I doubt that you will get many responses from anyone who has done so first hand. But there are numerous reports, usually involving seeing light, from people who have been near death but have recovered. It is likely that the phenomenon arises from the brain being under stress, as from an oxygen deficiency.

I came extraordinarily close to death, and I believe I met my guardian angel whilst in a coma during this time. If you're asking whether or not I saw bright lights and God, no I didn't. But I believe that He was there.

I had a dream where I was driving and my breaks went out when I was stopping at intersection and I got hit by a semi. I've been afraid to get my drivers license since.

I bled internally after a hip replacement and that night i seen a bright white light but I think I was dreaming I told myself to wake up and then it was gone. I really dont know exactly what happened all I know is something did.
