i went to ESPN zone tonight for dinner and had a grilled steak salad . it was grilled steak on a garden salad wit cheese tomatos and white vin. dressing

I don't know, about 650? It's a reasonable meal. If you don't overeat and usually eat healthy, it shouldn't show up on the scale.
